Sunflower Clothing Store works to prepare your T-shirt order carefully and move it into shipment as efficiently as possible. The following guidelines explain our standard fulfillment schedule and delivery expectations.

Step One: Order Preparation

After successful checkout and payment confirmation, please allow up to 72 hours for order preparation and processing.

This period covers the preparation of your items and the arrangements required before dispatch. During holidays, sales events, or periods of increased demand, additional processing time may be necessary.

Step Two: Shipping and Delivery

Once the package has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–5 days.

The transportation estimate begins after dispatch and does not include the preparation period. The total time from checkout to arrival therefore consists of the processing period plus the subsequent shipping period.

All delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes. Actual arrival may be affected by the delivery destination, carrier schedules, customs inspections, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges at Checkout

Any applicable shipping fees and available shipping options will be displayed before payment is completed. Promotional offers, including any free-shipping offer, are subject to their stated conditions.

Reviewing Your Shipping Address

Please confirm that your recipient name, street address, postal code, and other delivery details are correct before placing an order.

If you discover an error, contact hyasmfy@outlook.com immediately. We will try to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or left our control.

Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, the relevant shipment details will be shared after dispatch. Tracking activity may take time to appear while the carrier registers the package.

If Your Package Is Delayed

If your shipment has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, email us with your order number and tracking reference, if available.

We will review the information and provide reasonable assistance in checking the shipment status.

International Shipments

Depending on the destination, international deliveries may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other government-imposed charges. Applicable obligations depend on local regulations and the arrangements disclosed during checkout.

Delivery Problems

Incomplete addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refused packages may cause delays or returns to sender. Any applicable additional costs will be handled according to the disclosed shipping terms and applicable law.
